i almost thought this would be a nice stay, but the communication was utterly awful and no one ever thought to reserve a parking spot for me, how rude! the shower was tiny and definitely not the luxurious experience they promised. i just couldn’t give a good review with such oversights.

Remember to ask for parking assistance. the staff is very helpful in securing spots.
